We got relocated to the dolphin hotel after booking to stay at villa rose for 2 nights,due to renovation,so my review is based on the dolphin. It was a very minimal,but very clean,spacious room with all the facilities we needed. Lovely comfy bed and pillows. We had a great nights sleep. Great location,a stones throw away from the beach,pier and many shops and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent
I paid for double bed but got 2 singles pushed together my little boy kept falling through the gap. I enquired about breakfast to reception but they never mentioned I need to book oh, would’ve booked it there and then ,so no breakfast. Parking can be a complete nightmare. Apart from that, it’s brilliant location A nice big clean hotel ask for extra pillows and towels and they delivered

Perfect stay
We came to Festival of Wheels & to see a band in Great Yarmouth & stayed for one night only. Villa Rose was closed for refurb so we were moved to the Dolphin hotel. This was perfect for our needs. Close to the seafront. Warm & helpful staff & a lovely clean & well appointed room. 10/10 from us! Thank you :-)

Lovely place to visit
I did not stay at villa rose as they had a problem but I was sent to another hotel in the group. The staff where so friendly and welcoming. I would book with them again for either hotel.

Stay clear
I didn't receive any acsess codes to acsess the building, no one was available in the building to help, was standing outside the building knocking and trying to phone numbers that were advertised on the door and windows which didn't exist to a caller whilst with people from the hostel next door outside laughing at me and my son. After over an hour of calling customer service number attached to my email and being cut off 3 times finally was transferred to a different hotel which was absolutely awful and half the facilities not working or not available. Definitely avoid and we won't be going back
