Our stay was disappointing due to consistently poor service from the reception staff. On the first night, we requested a simple bottle of water, but after waiting nearly 30 minutes, nothing was delivered to our room. When we called to follow up, the staff were unprofessional and rude, offering no apology and telling us to “just wait” and that it would arrive whenever it arrived. The following morning, we contacted reception to have plates and bottles from the previous night cleared from our room. The staff only removed the plates and asked us to leave the bottles outside the room for collection. We did so, but the bottles remained outside our room until checkout and were never picked up. Additionally, after removing the plates, no one offered to clean the room or provide any housekeeping service for the rest of the day. This lack of basic hospitality and attention to cleanliness made our experience extremely frustrating.
