제니튀드 오텔-레지당스 르 까네

Everything about our stay was generally good until checkout, which unfortunately left us very disappointed. Checkout was at 11:00 AM. At around 11:15, a staff member knocked on our door while we were already getting ready to leave. We eventually checked out at approximately 11:38 AM and were surprised to be charged €30 for the late checkout. I understand that hotels have checkout policies, and I respect that. However, nobody informed us that being even a few minutes late would automatically result in a €30 charge. Had the receptionist told us when she knocked that there would be an additional fee, we would have made every effort to leave immediately. I am also pregnant and was traveling with a child, so getting everything together took us a little longer. We stay in hotels almost every week, and this is the first time we have experienced being charged such a significant amount for being around 38 minutes late, especially when it was still well before noon. The lack of warning about the charge was what disappointed us the most. Breakfast was okay, although the beans tasted quite sour. We weren't sure whether that was how they were supposed to taste or if they were still safe to eat. Unfortunately, there was no staff member in the restaurant at the time whom we could ask. It is unfortunate because the rest of our stay was good, but the way the checkout situation was handled completely changed our impression of the hotel. After this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

We were only in Cannes one night. Due to traffic and the nature of Cannes, we were quite late arriving. It was no issue for the staff. Parking was underneath, the room was fully equipped with absolutely everything we could need (including a towel warmer!), and it was so easy. We were weary travellers, and they made our short time with them easy and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. But the hall ways, elevators and pool side had a very unpleasant smell. Like trash? Not sure. The location is good. Easy to get to and a park near by.

Hotel dekat dengan halte bis, hotel bersih, sepertinya baru di renovasi, ada dapur mini, perlengkapan dan alat makan ada. Ada balkon untuksantai. Staff ramah dan informatif.

Great stay. Everything went smooth. Reception very helpful 👏
