I would like to raise a concern regarding an additional charge applied for my 11-year-old child during our stay. As per Agoda’s stated policies, I fully complied with all requirements; however, I was still charged an extra amount. I find this charge unreasonable, particularly given that the amenities associated with this fee were either not used or were not practically usable—even if we had opted to purchase them separately (such as additional tickets or breakfast). While I understand that such charges may be intended to cover extra services, the amount applied is excessive and does not correspond to the value provided. I respectfully request a review of this matter and ask for an appropriate adjustment or a clear justification for the charge. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

We wake up to the gentle sound of birds and a cool breeze flowing through open windows. The resort is wrapped in greenery; tall trees, a lake nearby. We step outside with warm cups of tea ☕, breathing in the fresh, clean air. The sunlight filters softly through leaves, creating a calm and refreshing start and this fresh start brought mental peace and happiness.

It's is outstanding place to stay who has playful kids. Sea world and various rides are available for both kids and adults. Someone can also enjoy their base camp activities. Breakfast items are limited and avarage in taste. Resort room furnitures were very back dated. Poor quality water drinking glasses used in the room and they changed me for one broken glass which was broken for pouring hot water. Bath room fitting were old . Restaurants menu items were not available all the time. Backdated noise creating boat was used for lake crossing. Higher management should renovate the room facilities and ensure tastey food in the restaurant as well as add new ride in the premises.

Good place

The room was great , the location was great but the commuting is a nightmare. A slow boat that too comes once an hour. Difficult to go out and in to the resort The staff told us to go and refused our request to take our bag with us , then they forgot the bag and we had to again come back down and search our bags. The restaurants food tastes good but the quantity is laughable . And also their cafe menu could use some changes. Felt like it was underwhelming and there was no coffee or tea. The rides were free but they didn’t tell us the rides were under maintenance for a long time . The water park had little to no rides open and the excuse was the same . The other things were okay . So overall it was a 5/10 experience . The phone was faulty and there was separate sections in bathroom but no curtain that made the whole washroom slippery and wet in 5 sec
