Was given a ground floor room which i rejected as there were many ants at the door n so much hairs on the floor. Got another room meant for 3-4pax at 2nd level. Many hairs on the floor & I swept them away myself. As usual the blankets provided looks like not been wash and has hairs on it, I brought my own disposable blanket & towels to use. No toilet paper provided this time but there was a 1ply facial tissue…ask Staff for toilet pp & he asked me to use 1ply instead OR use water bidet spray to wash…in the end I got a half used roll of paper. TV can’t be on and cant be bother to complain as I speak no Malay and the staff no English.

This budget property is strategically located ease to explore nearby grocery store, restaurant, etc. Facilities and cleanliness consider decent. During the stay smell cigarette smoke, maybe from other rooms. Other than that its consider good.

Overall a satisfactory stay for the price. Floor and toilet bowl were spotlessly clean, but bedsheets and towels lacked a fresh scent, and some stains were visible on the bathroom walls, sink and door that need thorough/detail cleaning. Water heater / water pressure was also quite low. Small fixes here would make this a much stronger stay for the money.

Bilik selesa, kemudahan kedai untuk beli barang dekat, berdekatan farmasi n DIY. Boleh repeat tempat ni lagi kalau datang.

Staff not do the housekeeping properly. Pillow case, towel is not changed. floor also not cleaned
