I arrived 2 hours before check in time. I was told I could just leave it the dining room. When I said I wanted a more secure place to store my luggage. The receptionist said that was a very unusual request. I have been to be quiet a few hotels it's the norm.When I threatened to mention this response on Trip advisor. He suddenly let me leave my luggage in a secure place. Also when I asked him about local public transport information, his response was I don't use it,so I don't know about it. In a quiet dismissive manner. Also although I have 3 days stay. The same staff member knocked on my bedroom door

Need customer service training

Rooms were very small, but comfortable. Breakfast was good.

A 15 minute walk into town. Bathroom facilities good. Slept well. Reception team welcoming. Room clean had fridge and iton and ironing board in it. A pleasant place to stay at

Decent Stay
Friendly staff on reception. Nice clean room with good shower. Bed comfy slept well. Nice bonus they do of having a fridge to use in your room

A Pleasant Stay
Given a free room upgrade which was a nice unexpected bonus. Excellent bathroom great shower. Slept well bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet. Everything you want in a room including a fridge. Staff on reception friendly and checking in was a pleasant experience
