I asked for a refund. I was ignored. One pillow on the bed looked like it had been used on the floor by the previous tenant and had not been changed. It was dirty, there was more than one dark, long hair clearly visible between the pillow and the pillow case. Okay, I threw that pillow on the floor and moved on. Another pillow case was stained, so I went to the front desk and got a clean one. Then I pulled back the covers and the fitted sheet had a huge, orange stain right in the middle of the bed. It had other stains, too. I couldn't believe it. There is no way a person could have put that sheet on a bed and NOT noticed the stains. The front desk offered me another room, but I had already unpacked and it didn't look much better than mine. Instead, they brought me new sheets. I made my own bed. The new sheets also were stained, but I put the stains at the foot of the bed and slept as best I could. I asked for a refund in the AM. The desk clerk stated he would communicate with the manager, who wasn't due to arrive until after I left. No word. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me! Filthy!

Parking lot needs improvement
As title states, the parking lot could use a good pothole fill and resurfacing...but as far as the hotel, our room was clean, supplies were clean, staff was very friendly. There are no elevators, but thankfully I only had to do 4 steps up to get to the hall for our room, I injured my knee and it is still healing. Overall, nothing fancy, but meets your needs if you need a safe clean place to lay your head. We don't go on vacation to stay in a hotel all day, we go to visit and explore the area!

Nice Hotel
I stsyed here not to long ago and decided to stay again on my way home. Pretty much a carbon copy of my previous stay. There was. A line of ciustomers at the check. In desk when i arrived yet checkin went smooth and i got right in. Staff was professional, handling several customers, check in went smooth, room was clean snd it was quiet. The price was friendly. If one is looking. For a reasonably priced place in Hannibal, MO. I would recommended this place.
