굴랄라 아자나 호텔 앤 리조트 구치 테갈

salah satu resort besar di guci tegal, bintang 4 tetapi kolam besar tidak bisa dipakai, kolam kecil kotor dan dingin. hanya jacuzii saja yang aktif tetapi kecil. yang biasa saya berenang, jadi enggan karena dingin, staff sedikit. banyak lalat, termasuk banyak fasilitas sudah rusak dan bocor. maaf harusnya di agoda atau dimanapun diinformasikan. karena wisata air hangat yang jadi daya tarik guci. fasilitas di hotel lain sudah nyala kok. cuma di sini aja yang ga di perbaiki not recommended

Kamarnya cukup luas, dng desain modern praktis. Sarapan rata rata, yg menarik adalah kolam renang oudoor dng air hangat yang nyaman digunakan bahkan pada pagi yang dingin.

It was still in constuctions during my visit so the entrance view was quite disturbing. However, the room was quite nice and spacious. I wish they have better dining table placement in the room, where the whole room setup will be much nicer. They have also a balcony but not a nice view from my room, it was just a plain set table and chair facing empty lawn with no plant or flower. The breakfast was not topup as quickly and it was almost nothing for us to eat though it was only 8am. I hope that the whole setup and arrangement will get better was the hotel fully operation and I would like to come back to check the improvement aspect and enjoy the view to the pool better.

Most of the hotel staff was nice, but some just seen don't really care. The hot water pool was not so hot, just not cold, and the child pool was cold. When we get there, the main pool water was kind of dirty, the staff said because of the heavy rain a few days before. There is no telephone in the room, so we have to use Whatsapp to communicate with the reseption.. Breakfast food is just average..

Hotel is good but lack of staffs around. No one greet us when arrive at lobby and assist us with our luggages. During breakfast, the staffs only few so can't clean the tables properly. Need some improvements on above matters
