Extortion and Harrasment
The worst experience ever had, This was a group booking. Was travelling with extended family with ladies and Children being part of the group. Though the booking clearly mentioned the Number of Person , child (along with Age). While booking we mentioned tentative time of check in as well as we needed slightly late check in 7 PM. Unnecessary chaos was created suggesting the booking the hotel has received doesn't mention any child. Primary intention of the same being to extort money making my family wait. The discussion went on for a while and they were made to wait all along for about 1 Hour. While the issue was sorted out, to our surprise the rooms were not ready. Were missing toiletries, towel, no drinking water was kept in room. Not only the rooms appeared completely different from the listing, the bedding used was torn off. Leave apart premium, the rooms were lacking basics. To add on to all the basics that were lacking, and missing service quality. The extortionist behaviour and gimmicks causing harrasment to trouble guest so much that one is forced to shed our extra money makes it star candidate to be bottom most of properties to be considered for stay.

Worst hotel and hotel manager is so rude he is from kanpur and they asked why couple is comming also dirty bathroom they have will give a cheap type room
