Northland Resort Hotel Manapla

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Northland Resort Hotel Manapla and would still recommend it. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing. The only issue with cleanliness was the toilet bowl, which could use more attention from housekeeping. The pool area is nice, but pool cleanliness could definitely be improved. There were quite a lot of impurities in the water during our stay. It may help to have a foot bath and someone assigned to remind or assist guests to rinse off before entering the pool. One thing we really appreciated was the power backup during the blackout—they had a generator ready, which made the stay much more convenient and comfortable. Breakfast could also use some improvement. During our stay, the plated silog meals did not include eggs, which was a bit disappointing since eggs are usually expected with silog items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the resort’s amenities and preparedness, with just a few areas that could be improved for an even better guest experience.

This review is for my mom who stayed in the hotel. While searching for a place to stay in last minute because of my niece admitted to the hospital, I saw in Agoda that this hotel have still rooms.I immediately booked it , but when my mom went they claim they are fully book.I tried to tell the receptionist via video chat that my mom was stranded so if ever they have other option since I have confirmation that time it is still available.Meanwhile I also reach out to customer service of Agoda and they help me out the best they can do.In few minutes my mom send a message they are been taken care of.I appreciate the receptionist as well the management for a quick resolution to this matter which you did not left my Mom unattended esp. it's late at night around past 9pm.She have a good rest which she needed and really appreciate such kind of resolution to the booking itself.Again I thank the people involve. This review is for the 1st room we book and I decided to extend their stay and upgraded them to this room so they have more space.While most customers usually review for complain I gave you a thumbs up .Keep it up.

It’s the best place I’m aware of in the area, a little old now but the pool is great, the staff is very helpful and depending on which room you’re in, the wifi is good. Over the road is a good outdoor restaurant, food is great. There is food on site and a pharmacy and doctor etc. Convenient location. 😉

It is a food desert unless you eat at resort. The dorm is very nice. Just bring your diet cokes and such before you get there.
