Overall, my stay was decent, but I hope a few improvements can be considered, especially for Muslimah guests. It would be more appropriate if female staff conducted the tour for female guests. The entrance to the toilet area is directly opposite the reception, which feels inconvenient in terms of privacy. The TV in my capsule was not working, and the mattress was too soft for comfort. It would also be helpful to provide a small musolla, as I arrived late and had to leave the premises to pray, which was neither convenient nor felt very safe. I hope these suggestions will help improve future guests' experience.

Exceeded expectations
Located within the airport terminal, it is a great place to stay whether to freshen up between flights or as a pre/post flight booking. The amenities are well maintained, the staff are amazing and as my first experience with capsule type accomodation, the space/size is comforting and personal, well beyond what I anticipated.

Nice place to stay for early morning flight
2nd time stay here. the shower room leaked and flooded. And there was no cleaning staff to clean it during my stay. The pillow was a bit hard couldn't sleep and the next day my body ached because of it.

Good spot to have some refreshment and rest
It's located in klia 1 level 2 that connecting to the hotel, with good shower and bed for late arrival and early flight.

When the door opened at the ladies section, female guest inside can be seen due to very short cutain at the door. Not recimmended for hijabis
