Cleanliness- average Staff- They don’t speak English which was a huge barrier for us to communicate for each of that thing we want to ask them Agoda and That hotel communication- I booked for 6 adults and 3 children but during check in they challenged me it’s only for 6 adults. I had to challenge them back it is for 9 persons. Each water bottles(500 ml) they charged 30 Rs which is too pricey They didn’t clean the room on daily basis which I had to brought broom from downstairs and clean it by myself Used plates kept outside was there entire two days, none of them took care of it To conclude, book through Agoda for better deal. Good for Hindi speaking people as they can easily communicate with them. Not recommended for non Hindi or English speaking tourists.

Needs an accurate location on the maps
I had a tough time finding the location as this is not in Dabolim but the actual name should have been Jayram nagar. Also the hotel has been renamed from Grey Jade to super collection.
