This is not a stand alone building. Its a corner shop lot turned to hotel. I would call a boutique hotel. Location: Quite & Secluded. Not far from main road. Surrounded by residential. No forest view as per claimed only moderate vegetation. No shops nearby. Have to drive if you want to get something. Check in: Fast. Friendly and competent staff. You have to pay extra RM3 per day regulation by Perak Tourism. Deposit RM100 per stay. Staff will explain you the do's and don'ts (Please take note this seriously) Room: We took a room without window. Of course because of price. Not sure other rooms but ours is too small. For muslim you have difficulties to perform prayer if you are 165cmm and above. Room detailing and materials minimalist. Toilet nice ambience. TV channel nice cos they have TVBox. Cleanliness: Top notch. They really take serious with this. Especially the bed sheet, mattress and pillow. Once you put stain on it. Please pay! Facilities: Only I can remember and spot it. Since the room too small for us, not much facilities provided. No chair, cups, mirror, complimentary tea/coffee packet. Hair dryer, table. Only tooth brush & prayer matt (upon request). You can ask for hot & cold plain water at the counter anytime. Embedded wall table, clean towel, Cloth hook. Amazing water pressure and hot water. Chekout: Easy. But they will check the room first before hand the deposit. So make sure you adhere the do's and don'ts. Problem /setback: No sound proof. Even you can hear someone fart or snoring next to your room or corridor! Rocking bed. Overall we just ok. But hope the management can do something on things that they think necessary.

Suitable for solo traveller. Just a very basic accommodation. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room facilities are basic and need some maintenance. Do note there is no food nearby and the cafe only have cakes and drinks.

Very cheap price but you get what you paid. The room is very small and just enough for 2 adults. Suitable for those who are looking for a place to rest during travel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Room is clean even though a bit small. Nice bed, very comfy to sleep. Staff also ok. But I have 1 issue. staying here need to pay tourism tax. Because i was business traveling, i ask if they can provide receipt for tourism tax (since that tax must be paid at the property), however the staff said cannot provide receipt. a bit dissapointment.

It would be a perfect 10/10 if not for the air conditioning. Unlucky for us that the aircond in our room does not works well so it’s really hot and we find it hard to sleep. The staff is very nice & polite (the Muslim girl wearing spectacle that can speak Mandarin) and offers us to change our room to the first floor since thats the only room available for the same type. However it was midnight and i travelled with parents over 70 yrs old so they find it a hassle since we have to gather our things and relocate. Location wise was great, near to the town and quite secluded so very quiet surroundings with spacious parking. Room is not that big but understandable for the price and concept of the hotel. I might give this hotel another chance in the future.
