We stayed at Timothy Hotel for one night. Although it’s a motel, it has been nicely renovated, and the interior design feels modern and stylish. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and it offered great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Perth.

2 large beds for two adults and two 10-years old boys. An open area for kids to run and play frisbee. A tennis court too. Reception is friendly when we enquire about loan of equipment which is housed in a shed. But the tennis rackets were kids version 😅. We reached after 5pm from a drive down from Perth, informed them in the morning and they provided the details and PIN to self check-in with is an ease. The parking just outside our room is also very convenient. The resort hotel is just right after the exit from the highway, so need a short drive (4mins) to the city to get food and groceries. Overall, my family had a great stay in the Timothee Resort. Second highest liked by my boys out of the 4 hotels that we stayed throughout our trip in western Australia.

I like how responsive they were with the messages on Agoda. The check in process was great. Really friendly and informative staff. The communal washer and dryer really helped. There were 2 washer units and 2 dryer units. Also, the cottage kitchen had a shared microwave, plates and cutlery etc so we could prepare some meals too. It was so nice to arrive at the room with air con already on so it was nice and cool, with cold water in the fridge. Overall it's a really lovely place. Just that price was a little on the high side. Still had a good sleep and loved it. Thanks

We checked in after hours, and the process was simple and straightforward. Room was clean and nicely renovated. Provided with good Margaret River drip coffee and bathroom amenities. Very convenient that we can park our car right outside our unit! That was best!
