This was a short 2-night stay. The property seems to be quite new and is located opposite the promenade with locely views of the water. It's kind of far from shops. Generally speaking, the hotels meets good standards with spacious bedrooms, clean plank flooring, coffee, bottled water replenished daily, comfortable beds, good linen, and a large tv. The bathroom, although a bit small, it's manageable. Good towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower get, and hair-dryer. There's only one lift for guests in a 6-floor building, which at times makes it harder to reach a designated floor. The lift is rather noisy when stopping constantly interfering with one's sleep. My second night was better. Breakfast is good. They have a station where one can order an omelette, or other kind to one's taste. Just one person, though. Two fried eggs took almost 20 minutes to get. The bread quality is excellent. It's a pity the hotel doesn't have a terrace with a coffee / drjnks bar to enjoy the gorgeous view and sunsets. Ample feee parking is available at the front of the property. The tram runs off the promenade, making it easy to commute into town.

otelin konumu ve manzarası çok güzel. kahvaltısı açık büfe. bizi zorlayan tek durum otele ulaşmak oldu. izsu çalışması olduğu için yolu kapalıydı. 5-6 kez otelin etrafından dönüp bir türlü otele gireceğimiz yolu bulamadık. konak tarafından girdiğimizde yolda görevliler yola devam etmemize engel oldu. göztepe tarafından yol tamamen kapalıydı. otelden bu konu hakkında önceden bir bilgilendirme yapılması gerekirdi.

There is road construction near one of the routes to the hotel, and access is closed from May 2026 to August 2026. Google Maps does not show this closure and kept guiding us to the blocked road, and there was no assistance available. In the end, we had to take another route to reach the hotel’s barrier parking, which involved a narrow path and illegally parked cars along the road, making it quite difficult to drive through. Overall, the hotel facilities are acceptable, but the route to the hotel is very challenging, especially for foreign visitors.
