1) To get Air conditioning room request to add money. 2)No TV and Cabinet inside the room. 3) Water pressure sometime very slow. Better change to water heather with Pump.

This is the second time I have booked this hotel. My booking was supposed to be the same as my previous stay, but upon arrival, I was informed that the room provided did not have air conditioning and only had a ceiling fan. When I checked the room, the condition was very disappointing. The staff then asked me to pay an additional RM30 to get a room with air conditioning. The room cleanliness was very poor. There was no shower gel provided, the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, the mirror was damaged, and the room door had visible cracks that could be seen from outside, raising concerns about privacy and security. What was even more disappointing was the service. The staff was sleeping in a room near the reception area, and whenever assistance was needed, he came out with an unfriendly attitude and showed little professionalism. Overall, this stay was far below expectations compared to my previous experience. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve the room conditions, cleanliness standards, and customer service.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was in terrible condition. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—you could feel the hard mattress springs the entire night. The pillows felt like they were made of rubber, making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably. The service was just as disappointing. Most of the time, there was no one at the reception desk, so getting assistance was difficult whenever it was needed. A comfortable bed and responsive staff are the basics of any hotel, and unfortunately, this property failed on both. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.
