The room was clean and the staff were very kind. They went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Many of us are not aware of the electricity fluctuations in Pilani. Despite that they did their best to make the stay comfortable.

I stayed here for 4 nights and overall, the experience was quite disappointing. The room was dusty, and I had to deal with insects, lizards, and even a frog entering inside. There were frequent power cuts with no backup, and sometimes even the fans wouldn’t work. The geyser in my room was not functional, and I was asked to use one in another room, which was damp and smelly. The flush gun in the toilet was also not working, adding to the inconvenience. The only saving grace was the staff Seema and her family — who were very helpful and supportive throughout my stay. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to manage and continue my stay despite the poor conditions. Overall, the place needs serious improvements in maintenance and facilities, but I truly appreciate the kindness and support of the staff.
