We had no toilet paper in the room, thank goodness we had booked a second room for my cousin and she had a roll of toilet paper that she gave us. Upon arrival, we noticed a weird metal piece on the shelf in the bathroom. We came to realize the next morning that it was part of the shower tap and we didn’t have a working shower. The employee at the front desk didn’t seem fussed about it, didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, and then gave us a key to a different room down the hall for us to shower. We were exhausted because the bed was extremely uncomfortable, so having to truck down the hall just to have a shower felt like adding insult to injury. This feels like a shoddy way to run a business, and customer service was not good.
