Good value, good service, friendly staff

I generally dont write the reviews , but these are the things i found frustrating. - Kettle to large to fill in the sink had to use the shower. - Wifi not the strongest and was being droppped all the time by devices. gave up trying to do any work while being out the office. - Breakfast was limited, yes there was a cooked option and cerial but as somebody who is a gluten free vegatarian and intolerant to milk i didnt see to many options. - If you are going to have tea/ coffee at least provide mugs, the little cups were a pointless. - Bed has seen better days

No problem with it being a venue that people get married. However, I booked online and it's only when I called for a check in time that the lady told me there's a wedding on my first night and it'll be very loud which will continue until midnight. Having booked a non refundable room, I could not change my booking. When checking in, I then found out there was another wedding on my second night with the same issue. In spite of this, I was given a first floor room, right above where the wedding was taking place and the noise was ridiculous. The next morning, looking forward to breakfast, I was only offered a full English and when it turned up, was very small and the egg was greasy and only several items on my plate. Not great. Staff were also rude when I needed assistance at the front desk, that's when they were there. Room is also small and outdated. Avoid if you want that extra bit of comfort. Travelodge or Premier Inn would've been better.

Room cold. Heating not on. Bathroom freezing. Towel rail not on,I had to put on heating and put a portable heater in the bathroom! No Smart TV. On leaving the hotel reception said nothing just took key card!
