It was a luxury staying at this accommodation. We had plenty of rooms for everyone and the view was gorgeous, if only the weather was beautiful on all days that we were there. However, the check in was a mess. We did not received any check in instructions prior to our arrival despite indicating our arrival time ahead of time. As such, we were left in the cold, not knowing our room number and the password. There was no staff and the number did not get through. Thankfully after a good 30 mins of trying to figure out what happened, we managed to check in with the restaurant staff who kindly provided us with the required details. We did received the details very belatedly at 9pm the very same day, 1h 30 mins after we have successfully checked in. Thought there could at least be a self check-in machine.

Spacious apartment with good view

Value for money
Booked a 2-bedroom apartment. Everything was good but then kitchenette was too basic. No microwave was provided and only can do light cooking eg : soup.

Nice stay close to hurtigruten terminal
Rooms and living room are spacious, the 3rd floor where we stayed has a huge balcony with harbour view. Toiletries very nice, ritual brand, love it so much. Only when we stayed kitchen light was broken so a bit dark. But not big deal.
