We had a mixed experience at this stay!! The Good: The location is serene, beautiful, and peaceful. The food available at the canteen/cafeteria is good, although the non-vegetarian options are quite limited. Each villa has a small pantry/kitchen equipped with an oven for warming food, along with a refrigerator. The presence of a water purifier was an added advantage. The vegetation surrounding the villas is lush green, creating a calm, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The Bad: Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by poor management and lack of responsiveness from the property manager, Mr. Rupesh. We were allotted a room where the ceiling fan was spinning but not providing any airflow. Upon contacting Mr. Rupesh, who was not present at the property, he casually suggested using a table fan as a solution. When we requested a room change, he informed us that all rooms across all villas were fully occupied. Unable to tolerate the situation, we personally checked the neighboring villas and discovered that several rooms were in fact vacant. This was extremely frustrating, especially after being told otherwise. We attempted to contact Mr. Rupesh again, but he stopped answering calls. Earlier, we had also requested assistance for the faulty fan and asked for the swimming pool to be cleaned, as it was not in a satisfactory condition. Despite multiple calls and WhatsApp messages, there was no response whatsoever. His lack of communication and unwillingness to address guest concerns was highly unprofessional. Left with no alternative, we moved our luggage into one of the vacant rooms in a neighboring villa. The housekeeping staff questioned this decision and tried contacting Mr. Rupesh in our presence, but even their calls went unanswered. We were genuinely shocked by the level of mismanagement and lack of accountability. A considerable amount of our vacation time was wasted dealing with these issues. Even after the incident, there was no apology, follow-up, or effort from the management to acknowledge or resolve the situation. The pool at the villa we eventually occupied was slightly better than the one originally allocated to us, although it was still somewhat hazy. While the property itself is beautiful and located in a peaceful setting, the poor management and lack of guest support significantly affected our overall experience.This version reads more professionally and tends to carry more weight with future guests and management because it focuses on verifiable facts rather than emotion alone.

Clean bathroom, reliable wifi, good if you consider a secluded place. However, lesser options of transport, best to travel via private vehicle. Overall good stay

I booked this place for a workation after explicitly calling ahead to confirm they had good internet coverage for my client calls. The representative lied and said the connection was great. When I arrived, there was absolutely no Wi-Fi and zero mobile network on any SIM card. I ended up missing critical client meetings. To make matters worse, the road to the property is terrible. With no phone signal and bad roads, you are completely stranded if there is a medical emergency. When I tried to cancel and leave, the staff refused to cooperate. When I finally got back into a network area and called customer care, they completely denied any help. Terrible service, misleading information, and zero regard for guest safety. Do not stay here.

Came here solo and had a really nice stay. Dorms were clean and comfy, and the Pawna Lake location is super peaceful perfect to unwind. Loved spending time by the pool and common areas; vibe was great. There’s also a games room, which was a nice touch. Even though I was solo, it’s equally suited for groups. Saw a private BBQ in one villa well managed and not disturbing others. Staff was chill and helpful. Would definitely come back, maybe with friends 👍

Shared Rooms in vila, the rooms are not very private. Walls full of transparent windows.
