We had the most wonderful stay at Grindelwald Panorama — honestly, it felt like a dream getaway for a couple. From the moment we arrived, the experience was warm and personal. The owner himself manages the reception and guest care, which makes such a huge difference. You’re not just another booking — you feel genuinely welcomed, looked after, and valued. He was incredibly helpful with local tips, transport guidance, and always available with a friendly smile. The rooms are absolutely amazing — spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy interiors to the practical amenities. The bed was super comfortable, the heating worked perfectly, and the balcony views of the mountains were unreal. Waking up to that scenery every morning felt magical. Facilities are top-notch as well. The entire property is peaceful and well-organized. It’s ideal for couples who want privacy, comfort, and that classic Swiss mountain vibe all in one place. What truly stands out is the hospitality. You can tell this place is run with care and pride, not just as a business. That personal touch made our trip extra special. If you're visiting Grindelwald as a couple, this place is a gem. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Look no further if you are looking to stay in Grindelwald. Nice mountain view with free flow of tea, coffee and water. Can use the restaurant to have your own meal. Had gluhwein too during my 2 night stay that is complimentary. Cozy stay. Highly recommend!

This is the best hotel that gave us the homely feel experience! The breakfast served was all homemade. We were there to welcome the New Year 2026! There were fireworks, they served champagne, cheese and crackers. We will definitely be back!
