Very poor communication. Didn’t reply to my messages on Agoda App sent the day before arrival. He sent check-in information around 4pm on arrival day via Agoda App, but insisted the property was not listed on Agoda, and that I never sent any messages. Seemed confused when I sent screenshots of my messages and his check in message on the Agoda app. Doesn’t seem to understand the technology. Very frustrating.

Didn't feel safe to stay onight

This B&B is the first floor of a private house. The front door of this B&B stays opened 24x7 to allower traveller in&out and accessing common dining area and "private" external bathroom. Neighbor travellers smoked, made loud noise, and tried to open my room. The break
