⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I recently stayed at Giza Palace Hotel & Spa and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is spacious, elegant, and welcoming. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. My room was ready without delay, and it was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was large and well-maintained, and housekeeping consistently provided excellent cleaning service throughout my stay. I also appreciated that the room was equipped with a table, chairs, and a vanity area, making it both comfortable and practical. One improvement I would suggest is adding electronic "Do Not Disturb" and "Make Up Room" buttons inside the room instead of relying on paper signs hanging on the door. The spa facilities were excellent, and the pool looked exactly like the photos. The service provided by the spa staff was outstanding and one of the highlights of my stay. However, there were a few issues that prevented this from being a perfect experience. On one night, the fire alarm went off three times at around 1:00 AM, which was very disruptive and unacceptable. I was informed the following day that it was caused by a technical issue, but repeated alarms during sleeping hours significantly affected my comfort. I also experienced difficulty reaching reception and room service by phone. I called both departments for more than 15 minutes without receiving an answer. Eventually, I used the bathroom phone and someone answered. I was later told that the room phone handset might not have been properly connected. Regardless of the reason, this is not the level of service expected from a five-star hotel. Another issue was the shower in the room. The water pressure was quite weak, and it was difficult to get a comfortable temperature. The water was either too hot or too cold, and even when I tried to adjust it to the middle, it never stayed pleasantly warm. Finally, my room key only seemed to work with one specific elevator, which often resulted in unnecessary waiting and inconvenience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay thanks to the spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness, and great spa facilities. With improvements to maintenance, communication, and operational procedures, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to in Egypt 100% recommended beautiful, and spotless . Staff are amazing so helpful , breakfast buffet is awesome love love love this Hotel. Close to the pyramids, not too far from the Nile and downtown.

I went there for a few days staycation during Ramadan. Loved the experience and loved how clean the hotel is

It’s a lovely hotel. You’ll feel like you live in a palace. My daughter who booked a separate room told the hotel that we were there for our anniversary. When we got in our room, there was a cake, which was really good. Thank you, Giza Palace!
