Every time I book THROUGH agoda I don't get any call from the hotel concierge about my arrival. It seems Agoda is put in the last position everywhere I go. Second this hotel lacked every basic thing and one of the rooms has faulty washroom which they never fixed The hotel rooms looked good but the manager there is not aware a out the details of the booking and he did not take any pain to look into details No towel was provided despite knowinng that there were 5 people staying at the property.
