Nice, secluded stay with good surroundings + the staff is quite co-operative

We reached the hotel late at night after a long journey, only to find a room that was in terrible condition. The bed and mattress were extremely uncomfortable, the room was full of mosquitoes, and the bathroom was dirty with insects everywhere. Basic cleanliness was clearly ignored. Since it was late at night and we had no other option, we were forced to stay despite the poor conditions. We had requested towels well in advance, yet they were provided very late the next morning. Because of the delay and the unhygienic bathroom, getting ready took longer than usual. At around 10:00 am someone knocked and asked us to vacate, which we acknowledged. However, at around 10:20 am the owner himself came and started speaking in a rude and humiliating manner, saying other guests had been “waiting since night” and that he was “embarrassed because of us,” as if we had done something wrong. Instead of behaving professionally or understanding the situation caused by his own poor service, he chose to blame and disrespect us. When I later tried to speak to him calmly, his attitude became even worse. He refused to accept any feedback, accused us of being at fault, and spoke in an aggressive and dismissive tone, saying we had no right to question or advise him. This place lacks basic hygiene, basic hospitality, and most importantly, basic manners. The owner clearly does not know how to talk to customers or handle criticism. If you value cleanliness, respectful treatment, and professionalism, avoid this place at all costs.
