Facility is neat and accessible but by the time I stayed here wifi connection is acting up and TV is not functioning.

I booked a room for October 5–6 and noted that I would check in around 1:00 AM. Due to a flight delay and the approximately one-hour drive from NAIA, I arrived at around 2:00 AM. Upon arrival, I was informed that the place was fully booked. However, a foreign guest had just checked out, so the staff were able to accommodate me after preparing the room. While it was being cleaned, my driver and I went out to eat. We stopped by Jollibee, which is located near Burger King and Chowking. Across the street, there’s a Mang Inasal, and nearby are also McDonald’s and the Marikina Sports Center. The whole trip took about 7 minutes. I returned and checked in around 3:00 AM. I was informed that the standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM the following day. I appreciate the staff for being accommodating. I was asked to leave a ₱500 deposit, which was refundable upon check-out. The room was clean, and the bathroom was nice. However, there was no water available around midnight when I requested it—it only came back around 4:00 AM. The air conditioner was a bit noisy at lower temperatures (16–19°C), but setting it to 23°C made it quieter and still comfortable.

Place is well located, that's it. But the place is old. Bathroom is really small. And worst is there is no water most of the time and there's no announcement. And when you report it they will say they did something. But still no water.

I wonder if you are giving 20 percent discount. For Seniors?
