Been here a few times now, they always give me room 17 for some reason, its a nice big clean room, bed is very comfy, but the radiator never works so they have a electric oil radiator which does the job, plenty milk, sugar etc for cup's of tea etc. Shower is terrible though its very low and takes 10 minutes for warm water, bath is fine though.

1 night stay Served a purpose
Very dated rooms as other reviews wallpaper coming away from walls & ceiling and Double bed not great you both fell into the middle. Given a family room which looked onto the carpark very noisy. breakfast also only until 08.30 not ideal. However great staff.

Nice place but
They definitely care more about bar than the hotel rooms, some are in quite bad state, stayed here 5 times now but last time was told was a street view but was literally looking onto a wall and door in a little yard, the room literally only had 2 plug sockets 1 used by tv the other by a fan because was so hot and no air from window, also shower pressure was terrible.

You pay for what you get
Stayed at the Waterford Lodge for four days and would like to say that the stay are friendly and the room's are cleaned daily. The only set back is the room I was in was in desperate need of a refurbishment. I did notice that refurbishment in the room's are taking place as I post this and when it is complete I would recommend staying here

good but wouldn't return
The staff was lovely and the breakfast was great! The bed comfortable and the room and bathroom big and clean. The negative was that the water pressure was almost non existent, we notified reception, they had a look but couldn't do anything. In the morning we tried again to take a shower but there was no hot water and still no pressure. The motivation was that the price we paid was so low because they had problems with the shower in that room, but there was no mention of that on the website when we booked or in the messages that we exchanged with them. The walls were peeling , but that didn't matter for us.
