If you are booking through Agoda or Booking.com be careful with your purse..Both the sides, clearly says double deluxe bed room with balcony....and is silent about ac or non ac.. As you checkin, the reception says, " you have a non AC room booking" and you are being asked to pay, *** etc per night That is not what a guest expects..The receptiom has got its own syestem reservation, saying , it is non AC In this scenario, the reception went on to say they do not have our tel number...It is an AGODA booking...and if agoda did not share this info, it is a surprise.!!! It was not worth fighting with thr reception, so we gave up... The BF hall is less hygenic!! A place can be good, but biz policies need to be gpod

Twin room was normal but after going there we requested the receptionist and she was kind enough to give us a balcony room. The balcony was facing a beautiful cluster of trees and the room was nice. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful and the property was pretty good even though parts of it were under construction.

Fairly good

Very near to Sringeri temple, located in main road, it was near and clean

We stayed for the second time here. We like the location, facilities and hospitability of the staff
