A breakfast staff member assumed we were outsiders trying to eat for free, even after my husband explained that we had simply gone out early that morning and returned for breakfast. We felt embarrassed and humiliated by the way we were treated in front of other guests, and she did not even apologize afterward. However, aside from this incident, our stay was pleasant overall.

Was impressed with the building and the staff. Room was decent size and suited us for a short stay. Good allocation of plugs and USB next to both sides of the bed. Massive TV. Breakfast was included and offered a good fresh choice or frequently replenished items. There was a cleaning issue with our room but the staff on duty did what they could to relocate us and compensate the disappointment without prompting. The room we were moved to unfortunately overlooked a yard which had a lot of noise from early in the morning, so you may want to avoid rooms near that area.
