Place is near to the city centre, by tram/bus, about 20 mins depending where to go exactly. Daily/almost daily they send WhatsApp to follow up on stay so any feedback is promptly acted upon so that's appreciated. But not everything requested will be looked into. We asked for extra cup as only 2 are given, n we have 3 pax in the room. That was provided after asking. But tea n coffee pods are only for 2 pax for 2 days. But we're there for 3 nights. So that's not appreciated. We had some kind of leak in the bathroom and reported that and they tried to attend to it very promptly. The room is big and comfortable. The light in the toilet is way too dim. Please consider that. Also the coffee machine was not washed and not cleaned at all. It has stagnant water in it and hence has a slimy layer to it!! One can definitely get sick making coffee from that. I had to wash it over and over again to ensure it was ok to be used. Overall though, the hotel has convenient access to the city and the room is comfortable, and they try to attend to requests. TQ.

Excelente desayuno. Amplio, variado y con vistas desde una terraza hermosa. Un poco bastante alejado de la ciudad, pero estuvo bueno para tener una excusa para caminar 40 minutos al centro todos los días con un café en la mano

Hotel wise, this was fine. Easy to get to by car and by a park so it's quiet. The problem is everything is do it yourself by tablet which would be great if things are flawless. Things werenot flawless. Also if hotels are going to do this, some of the savings on staff should be passed down to customers rather than add to profits. Problem 1: out of 3 rooms booked only 2 were ready at 4pm. I wasn't given a firm time of when the 3rd room would be ready on the same floor so ended up on the floor above to not waste time - not ideal especially as hotels are strict on check out but not so strict on check in. This was despite someone helping check us in, me waiting around for a room to be ready and then eventually having to speak to someone to get it sorted. Problem 2 - no receipts given except for airport shuttle. Then we were charged for parking again, on check out despite having paid it at check in. We're still in the process of solving this - after 3 days the hotel has given me a receipt for the parking i paid at check in. But not a refund for the additional payment they took (on another family members card). This required a specific ask to which they've not responded. Moral of the story, use a human being and get receipts Automation works for the hotel but not the customer. Your effectively doing a job they paid someone for. .

We liked our room in general. The pricing in Jan/feb was very fair via Agora, other platforms were a bit more expensive. *** per night individually. They fully deserve all four stars because the reception is 24/7 available also by phone. The cleaning service was a bit tricky. A staff member looked very irritated when she gave us extra towels. We wanted them tomorrow and a clean up. They don’t broom the floor within the visit but change dustbins off course and fresh up the bed. We would’ve liked to have breakfast but 18€ was a bit much for us personally. But we also think the price is fair since it’s an all you can eat concept The gym is ok with most important stuff, the sauna is a bit unflattering and very small. It’s electric and doesn’t give a real sauna experience. However it’s nice that both is included for guests. All in all I can recommend since it’s a solid beautiful hotel experience.
