I would recommend this hotel to those who stay for courses and family trip.The view is just the town view with shophouses.By the way, it is convenient for the stayer to look for food,convenient shop, laundry and even clinic.The room is quite spacious and comfortable.There's a roof top restaurant too at the 4th floor.

The hotel location is very convenient because it is near food stalls, restaurants, banks, salons, and many other facilities. Everything is easy to access within walking distance. The customer service is also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever assistance is needed. The room itself is comfortable and convenient for a short stay. However, there are several disadvantages during my stay. The air conditioning system is centralized, so guests cannot adjust the temperature freely to make the room colder. Soundproofing is also quite poor because noises from outside the room, including people talking and opening or closing doors, can be clearly heard. The biggest issue was the noise at night. Since the hotel is located near bars and pubs, loud music and noise continued until late at night. There were also drunk guests returning from the pub making excessive noise along the hallway. It was very difficult to sleep peacefully and I could not sleep properly until dawn.

The location was perfect, making it easy to get around, parking was convenient. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained, though some facilities felt limited. Breakfast options limited and amenities could be improved.

Located nearby to town. Many amenities within walking distance. Surrounding area a bit dusty. Room is good size and clean. Toilet may need a bit of cleaning but acceptable. Breakfast limited to 3 options, but has nice view of the mountains. Overall a comfortable stay, ( At the time of stay, lift was not working so had to climb the stairs with luggage to the 3rd floor. Breakfast on 5th floor)

They didnt provide toiletries such as shower cap, toothbrush. only soap n shampoo, the pictures as in the agoda are not the same when checked in. (please have the accurate picture for each type of room, exp: how many beds are in the room) the breakfast was only to order 1 type of dish for each person. no buffet.
