My 18 yo son and I shared a family room (#3) for one night. We arrived at 9.30pm and left at 8.45am, so didn't exactly stay a long time, or require much use of the facilities. However, communication was exceptional and parking & entry to the building and room was clear and uncomplicated. The building, grounds and room were well maintained / clean. Our shower room was clean and fully fit for purpose - plenty of towels, plus complimentary shower gel and soap. Shower was good and hot water plentiful. Beds were very comfy; I'd guess medium firmness with comfy pillows and linen - the one slim cupboard in the room had extra blankets and pillows inside. The double bed had bedside tables/drawers either side; the two single beds had one bedside table/drawers between them. Things to note if you want the room for parents and children: The TV is only watchable from the double bed, not the 2 single beds. The clearance at the foot of the single beds is about a foot - quite narrow to get past the first bed to access the second. The second single bed is against the wall with a window - whilst the curtains are thick, the light does spill in from the bottom gap onto the bed; the rest of the room remains quite dark. There's plenty of room between the double bed and the single beds for a travel cot if you needed to put one up (however, I don't know anything about whether one could be provided, or if you'd have to bring your own, I'm merely making an observation). In terms of sockets, there's a double socket under the TV and by the table with the kettle on - located away from the foot of the double bed. There's another double socket by the left hand side of the double bed (as you lie on it), which has a bedside lamp plugged in. The bedside lamp on the other side apparently had nowhere to be plugged in. A final double socket is located at the foot of the far single bed. Given today's techno gadgets, this might cause an issue for charging / using devices. Quality tea, coffee, sugar, mini UHT milk pots and hot chocolate - with 2 decent mugs and glasses - were all provided. If you want decaf tea/coffee or more mugs/glasses I suggest you request this in advance - I get the impression they'd be happy to help. We didn't meet one person, either staff or guest, during our brief stay and so can't make a comment on this!

Positives Location Chinese next door very tasty (cash only) Modern & Clean Easy check-in Staff were not on site but available on text Negatives Walls are thin and i had the pleasure of a couple from Birmingham (yes that’s how thin the walls are). Who had no self awareness. If you don’t mind hearing EVERYTHING then book, if you would like a nights sleep. I would not recommend. Other reviews have said walls are thin, believe it!

The place is in nice spot to airport, and Coventry city. The place is nice, clean and comfortable.

I did not see any staff, everything was done by text exchanges. No problem and smooth check-in/out, not bothering anyone. Perfect!

The room we stayed are clean and tidy. It's a bit far from the city but its' rate reflected. It has free parking and room has self serve coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I will choose this place again when I visit Coventry next time,
