The room I had at Dunallan was small but ticked all the boxes. The welcome was friendly and everything was explained. No breakfast as such but the pot of instant porridge in the room was a good way to start the day. Comfortable, clean and in a good position. You can't ask for more.

Perfect, cosy stay in a fab location!

Loved my stay here! Came through Perth for work and this gorgeous guest house was in a fantastic location for it! Only a 15 minute walk into the centre. So cosy, clean, quiet, and with all the facilities I needed. Complimentary teas, coffees and porridge pots were a lovely touch. The place is warmly decorated and I felt right at home. Paul was an exceptional host- so friendly, down-to-earth and gave me all of the info I needed about the house and the surrounding areas. Thanks for the recommendations and for being fantastic!
