Location was great, 10 - 15 mins walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station, 20 mins walk to High St & Docks in Liverpool, My room was compact, Quite, & had electric fire, Tea/coffee facilities, Ensuite , A few steps to go down to my room. All the members of staff were "Fab". There is a cold/snacks machine at reception. Area is good, And a award winning coffee shop in Bold St , A 5 min walk , Called Bold Street Coffee Shop. They serve breakfast meals and snacks.

I was a little disappointed in check in to be advised there was no specific car parking, only the public car park on the street until 7am next morning. However, this was the only negative. Staff were excellent. The apartment was fantastic and a great price for what you get. Everything worked well and the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend the apartment if staying for 3+ days. I’ll definitely go back there.

I've stayed as a solo traveller previously in a double room in the summer and was keen to come back with my teenager in the holidays. I booked an apartment to use as a base - my son has complex needs and easily overwhelmed so an apartment works better if we need time out, not have to go out for a meal, etc. I was overwhelmed at the apartment and definitely picked a bargain. A huge, fully equpped kitchen diner, decent twin room, and a bathroom though compact, was perfect. The property was immaculate. Heating was readily availabke, and we were so reluctant to leave! Staff, as always, were professional, helpful, and happy to help when I couldn't get into the gated property as was trying to use my keycard rather than fob (no alcohol was involved either!). The apartmwnt is a 15 minute walk into town, Hope Street round the corner, buses almost outside the door and train station 15 minutes away. Perfect location. All in all, a wonderful experience I am very keen to repeat. Thank yoy!

Superb experience with Cocoon, staff were super friendly & the room was cozy Even without the window
