Overall stay was very good (3 nights at the National park hotel/ lodge). accom. Very good . roomy chalet wit good AC and is clean and modern WiFi and internet. This is a bad point. no WiFi at all and no phone signal. the hotel office has WiFi so could easily add something for guests but choose not to. this is quite bad practice as the cellphone reception is close to zero. Food. quite good at the cafe. local dishes are reasonable quality. breakfast choices a bit limited , but the food is decent. staff. mostly good however some reception staff are a bit unhelpful and borderline rude. quite abrupt and tried to increase the pre-booked pre agreed price for 3 nights saying "our price has increased". this was total BS and came across very badly . after about 20+ minutes of hard arguing they agreed to charge me the agreed and booked price. (plus park fees etc, which was fine). really should not need to argue about this. Staff should not act like they are doing me a favour. prices of the touristy local tours have gone up quite a bit.
