Paid for the stay through an online site. Had booking confirmation. Paid for train tickets. Was told the host would contact us near to the booking. The say before started to get worried as never heard from the host. Found a number and left a message but no answer or message back. Day if the stay still told the host would contact us. Waiting for call with bags packed train paid for. Tried calling the host. When managed to speak he asked where we were. Told him Staffordshire. He said you got ten minutes to book in or you'll lose the payment as its 100% of payment for bo show. Feel scammed and cheated out of a break. We suffer with mental health difficulties and social anxiety etc and was a struggle to save and make the step to gave a break away in another city. We will try claiming back through agoda, I not the bank or trading standards as we followed instructions given to us regarding the stay
