I've never experienced such a terrible accommodation before. There was no heating at all. The room was so cold that I made several phone calls, but no one answered. At 2 a.m., I went to the reception but couldn't find any staff. I spent the entire night shivering in my coat and hat, unable to sleep. I was losing body heat and shaking uncontrollably. I checked temperature in gemeinde Flirian region at that time and it was 4 degrees. It wasn't until 7 a.m. that I met a female staff member working in the restaurant and explained the situation to her, and only then did they turn on the heating. When I told another male staff member working in the restaurant that I wanted to meet the manager, he said the manager would arrive at 10 a.m. My checkout was at 9 a.m. Does that make any sense? Some of the room lights were broken, making the room too dark. There was a large footprint on the toilet seat, and I had to clean it myself with a towel. I paid over 120 euros for one night and had a bizarre experience. I spent the whole night freezing and sleepless, and it's infuriating.
