The stay was nice. The room is a bit small for a twin bed setup, but it was still comfortable. Overall, I think it’s good value for money since the price is cheaper compared to other hotels.

Suitable for those who want to stay in the Labuan town area. The breakfast food is delicious. Only the chairs are limited.

Room condition
Room is quite small compared to a similar hotel that i used to stay. Another issue is that the toilet has an unpleasant smell which could hv easily overcomed if they care to provide an air freshener.

Location
Very conveniently located. Access to so many eating places is my main reason to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is so so but good enough if one is not too concern on varieties.
