Temple Plaza Kochi

The tour was at multiple locations and had lost of travel. Due to this we were already tired. But the hotel said the room was non ac and we needed to pay more for ac room. However this was not the issue. The AC control remote is not working. The bedsheets are not cleaned the cupboard are having remains of previous occupants. There was not comforter for an ac room just normal blankets. The TV was working but they had not paid for the subscription Toilet taps were leaking Toilets lite were flickering on and off every 2 seconds some times faster Hand faucet was not working properly Many small insects (not mosquito) present nearly everywhere except common corridor. Conclusion unless as last resort don't go.

Not on par with the price. Overworked Staffs only speak hindi. Initially had problems check in and room aircon. Hope better hotels are available nearer to temple.

We are very grateful to the staff at Temple Plaza especially Angesh and Ajin who helped us through out our trip there to the temple . The staff were exceptional and went an extra mile to help us feel comfortable and made ground travels for us easily. Although the temple was nearby ,Angesh personnaly drove the auto rickshaw to send us to temple for prayers as i was fasting early morning and he was so kind. The location of the hotel is strategic and nearby to the temple. Fantastic hot water and ac that functions very well. A quintessenttial hotel with staff who make you feel so welcomed that we enjoyed our stay there ! Even the folks at the restaurant were very hospitable towards us . The inhouse restaurant is a blessing for those who want quick meals and quick refreshments as other restaurants are far out. Food was good .
