I ordered the half chicken and steak combo. The steak was not good really tough and tasteless. The half chicken was dry and tasteless looked anemic, the corn on the cob felt it had come out of the fridge, to be fair I wasn't charged for the meal and was offered a free sweet, because the kitchen was about to close I had a free drink which was welcoming, my complaint was I didn't eat that night and I was staying for the weekend in the hotel. Please note don't accept room 19 or any on that side the noise from the extractor outside went on all night even with the window shut we didn't have a good night, our freinds in room 24 had a goodnight nice and quiet on that side. NO plug in the bath the staff allowed us to use another room to have a bath No plug in that one, we gave up and had a shower not great but the pressure was poor the shower head must had been made for a dolls house. The young lady on reception Emma was really nice very helpful and was just the kind of person you need, its a shame the price for our stay was good value but little things let it down it needs a manager who is in control of rooms the food was shocking would never eat there again and would advise people to look esle where for food as we did on the second day. It needs a good shake up.
