manager was rude couldn't explain where to find my room failed to give me a room card didn't know how to even get in the room. walked in the room checked in earlier paying $4 more to open the door to a dirty unclean unsanitary old sex and cigarette smelling room. with 10 or more dogs hauling and crying in the room above the noise was a nuisence. the floors were dirty the room looked like it was rushed cleaned. threw my own trash cleaned my own room basically and upon leaving after extending my stay 2 more days the manager DNR me 30 days to keep me away when trying to extend the 3rd day bt was unable to due to her lying disgusting self exclaiming my room was so dirty I deserved DNR when I literally threw my own trash cleaned it up literally but left a lil water on the floor to force the housekeeping to mop the floor and clean the room the right way instead of how I walked in when I checked in. total disbelief manager dealing with rooms provded to homeless or needy individual by posada or voucher that a cash paying customer as my self was mistreated refused to give me my veteran even tho my id had veteran clearly on it. manager refused to act professional explain the double booking costs from two different sites I used and refused refunding the booking cost from one of the sites I used considering I would need to go thru the site to receive the cost back altho the receipt and charge on my debit card was clearly billed by motel 6. it was the worst stay and total disbelief this customer service was provided and the way I was treated . watch the camera footage, they don't lie.

Check in was at 3, I got there at 3:30 room not ready. Pool was dirty, door lock broken. Very stinky, and unclean, bed was so hard my back hurt the next morning. Sketchy people walking around smoking Marijuana.

Very outdated and not very clean

Terrible service. Pool was out of order and won’t answer emails and messages
