We stayed here for 2 nights. The staffs were good and approachable. We availed their standard room and it was nice for couples. The place is already excellent and perfect for taking pictures especially in the pool area. The only problem that we encountered was the ‘free breakfast’ that we availed along with the booking. They have menu where we can choose from, but most of it was unavailable and took a lot of time to be prepared which we didn’t like because it’s taking too much of our time and we have other itinerary to do. But, it was overall good in terms of its facilities, amenities, and the staffs.

There is also a playground that my daughter really enjoyed. I appreciate that they provide a kitchen for guests who prefer to bring and cook their own food. The room was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. However, I would like to suggest replacing the bedsheets and mattress protector, as the garter is already loose and worn out, causing it to slip off the bed. The towels are not very absorbent. The bathroom lighting is also a bit dim and could be improved. If you’re planning to order breakfast, it’s best to inform the receptionist at least a day in advance to avoid long waiting times. The food is good, and the serving portions are generous. As for the swimming pool, I hope there can be more regular cleaning or screening for leaves and other debris to keep it well-maintained. Overall, we had a good experience. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and smooth, and the staff were accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in Bolinao.

The location is convenient and feels secure, with CCTVs installed throughout the property, including the hallways, pool area, and parking areas. The staff are excellent—very kind, accommodating, and always willing to help, especially the kitchen personnel who were particularly attentive and friendly. The food is decent and satisfactory overall. We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the hot shower was consistent. However, the fixtures could use some updating. The bathroom flush has very low pressure and definitely needs fixing. The room would also benefit from additional lighting, as it feels a bit dim. For the oceanview room, there were flies that would enter whenever the door was opened, so you need to close it immediately to prevent them from coming inside. The beach is close to rock formations, so it is quite rocky and may not be ideal if you prefer a smooth, sandy shoreline. The pool was a bit dirty on the first day, but we still managed to enjoy it regardless. The WiFi connection is acceptable, but once more guests check in, the speed noticeably slows down. Overall, it was a good stay with excellent staff service. With some improvements in maintenance and facilities, the experience could be even better.
