I was reservation 2days. than we are at second night 00:00 arrival at hotel. It was very tired time. I want take rest. but 00:30 reception was call to me. and they sad you need pay about extra charge. I sad "it's midnight. can you take money at checkout time?" but she tell me "you must pay now" it's really terrible. midnight 00:30 call to geust?? am I runaway??

Great staff and rooms but problem with the toilet
Booking and check in was seamless. They are also very responsive and accommodated our requests. Room was awesome but we had issues with the toilet. We were not able to use it during our stay which was a hassle. However, we believe it's an isolated issue so we'll still come back. Make sure to contact them to make sure the toilet is usable.

Absolutely AWESOME BUT NON LGBT FRIENDLY 🌈⛔
I want to believe and want to give them the benefit of the doubt after some of their staffs indirectly embarrassed a first time Victorian guest with their unnecessary questions not pertaining to the booking as if they were insinuating something that is somehow pointing to his gender, and way he dress, although my guest on the next door which we paid is so discreet to be questioned. Their STAFF NEED TO BE UNDER TRAINING FOR GENDER SENSITIVITY AFTER IM SURE they are benefitting hugely to the LINK MONEY.

Was okay for 3 times 4th was horrible
The last room i got after 4 times booking was bad . The sink was clogged . The floor drian in shower clogged . Not sure if there would be a 5th booking 🤔
