We are disabled travellers with a blue badge. We were very upset about people parking with no blue badges in the limited disabled spaces. It was awful coming back at night in the pouring rain to find just one very small space left which meant having to get my husband out onto the road to stand alone whilst I parked. I did mention this to reception and was the old that security would be informed. However, the situation did not improve.

as a out of towner from Nottingham we was looking for the perfect place to stay that was close to wollaton hall we was not disapointed as we dont drive this hotel was in the perfect spot for us to walk to the wollaton all and dear park about 10 mins. as for the stay. checkin was really easy and the reception staff where friendly and very informative and we was in our room within 10 mins. the room itself was situated at the rear of the building with the best views of the onsite lake and fountain. as for other guests we was not bothered at all by any noise except for the odd door banging shut. the room had plenty of tea and coffee or the wife there was even a dressing gown and slippers if you needed them. in with our price was a free breakfast but this i was disappointed with due to the fact that there wasn't enough choice possibly because i am used to a continental breakfast that served pastries and croissants where this one didn't. overall i would recommend this hotel

I needed somewhere close to Lenton where my daughter had her student accommodation this hotel was perfect she was able to come and meet me and we spent time together, catch the bus into Nottingham, look around campus. The breakfast catered for everyone but then the meals tailed off after 4pm but the Rose and Crown is only a five minute walk away. The staff are super friendly and helpful I will definitely be back next time I want to visit my daughter.

We use this hotel as it’s convenient for Queens medical campus walking distance. Beds very comfortable & clean we upgraded to a suit room which overlooked the lake. The downside is limited bar meals in the evening but adequate

We've stayed at this hotel before, and no complaints about our stay this time except for the fact that we booked a Double Room with Agoda . . . paid in full at non-refundable rate . . . confirmation came through quoting "2 Double Beds" which seemed a bit odd. Phoned the hotel direct and they confirmed it was a Twin Room, so Agoda didn't provide what we thought we had booked! Fortunately the hotel were very helpful and converted the twin into a double, but annoying hassle all the same!
