Beautiful setting and clean to start with though the room was not serviced in the three days we were there. The biggest problem was the heat, no air conditioning, no fans and no staff to ask about anything. Buckow is a lovely little town and the lakeside setting is beautiful as is the access to the lake and kayaks and pedal boats. There are 48 steps down to the jetty. Some of the family rooms are part way down. For most of our stay the bar was closed and, though a limited breakfast was laid out the coffee machine only worked sporadically and the juice rapidly disappeared.

Very poorly staffed and managed
The place seemed to be very poorly staffed and managed. Staff were absent, coffee machine was out of order for entire breakfast durations, rooms were not cleaned nor towels or toilet paper replaced in three days. Bar and restaurant was closed. Could be lovely if properly run.
