Hotel was easy to find, very clean and with comfortable spaces. It has everything you need to make a good place to base and travel to different near locations. The breakfast was not included in my booking however, we took it and was very with different options. It was a pleasant stay. It is located less than 10 minutes from Europa-Park and Rulantica, which was our target. But we also travelled to Colmar, Strasbourg and Basel in less than an hour. Only 2 things as lowlights. The booking was done for the whole family but confirmation mentioned only the adults. So, when we arrived, they say we booked a quadruple room only for 2, so they charged the extra. Agoda explained that booking was for 4 however, they are able to charge whatever they want. And the second thing, was the attitude for them lady owner. Not friendly, very strict in terms of hours and communication, and not very customer service oriented. Completely the opposite from the rest of the hotel personnel. Especially the lady in charge of the breakfast... Super nice!

Too bad
There is no air conditioner, no laundry, and no refrigerator. I don’t recommend it. The only good thing is that it’s close to Europa Park.
