We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the pool facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing with the family. The breakfast selection was also impressive — a good mix of local and international options, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout our stay. They were always polite and helpful whenever we had questions or requests, which made the overall experience more welcoming. However, there were some small but noticeable service gaps. Basic room items like conditioner, hangers, and face towels weren’t readily available — we had to call and request each of them individually. Not a major issue, but it would’ve been more convenient if these were already prepared in the room. Another inconvenience was the lack of pool towels. Guests were expected to use their room towels at the pool, and if they got damaged or too soaked, there was an additional charge of ₱200 per towel if replaced. For a hotel that highlights its pool as a key feature, this felt like a bit of an oversight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay — especially the amenities, breakfast, and warm hospitality — but hope the hotel can improve on the availability of room essentials and provide dedicated pool towels for a smoother guest experience.
