Good stay

This property is located in a very isolated area. The premium cottages and the standard rooms are around 300 meters apart, and for every meal, guests have to travel to the main dining area using their own vehicle, which is highly inconvenient. When we arrived at around 5:00 PM, our room had not been cleaned. The washroom was dirty, there was no water supply, used blankets were still lying in the room, and it was full of insects. We expected the room to be ready well before check-in, but it clearly wasn’t. The problems continued throughout our stay. There was no Wi-Fi, and the very next day we again had no water. Despite repeatedly informing the staff, there was no prompt response or action to resolve these basic issues. The food was also disappointing and lacked taste. The dining area had cats and stray dogs roaming around freely, with fur visible on the dining tables and sofas, making the overall dining experience unhygienic. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. Poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, unhygienic conditions, and extremely poor customer service made the stay completely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I booked Nandi Farm Resort and Hotel, Lepakshi through Agoda based on the glowing reviews, but the reality was shockingly bad. What’s worse – even after raising a complaint with Agoda and the property owner, no proper response or resolution was provided. Extremely disappointing. Here’s what really happened: The approach road to the resort is horrible – completely broken and unsafe, especially for families traveling with kids. Service was a disaster. We were only 4 people, including 2 kids. Placed a food order at 1 PM and it took over 2 hours to get served. There was just one staff member doing everything – cooking, serving, and managing the entire place. Frequent power cuts, and the backup generator only supports basic lighting and fans. No AC during power cuts, which made the rooms extremely hot and uncomfortable. Staff behavior was mostly rude and unwelcoming, except for the security guard who was the only helpful person around. I raised a complaint post-checkout to both Agoda and the property, hoping for at least an apology or explanation. Neither cared to respond seriously. This is not a resort – it’s an under-staffed, mismanaged property pretending to be one. Don’t trust the fake reviews. If you’re planning a family trip or expecting even basic service, look elsewhere.

Thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of Nandi Farm & Resort. Nice food, polite and accommodating staff, amidst nature, comfortable stay, spacious outdoor and indoor etc. Good for family or solo travelers. Would highly recommended.
