Hotel Benjamin Naval

The room is spacious and okay. However, showering is inconvenient because the tap water does not flow well.

I chose this hotel because of a decent online review . This was not mine and my companion’s experiences. Had to check out a day earlier than booked. Rooms were not ready for our arrival. I had to ask the staff to clean the bathroom- it smelled if someone just used it, floors were not mapped. The staff however were nice and accommodating. The rooms were located on the 3rd floor. There’s no elevator to take you up there. The first floor houses retail stalls, the second floor appeared to be storage. The fourth floor was some sort of an event center. There are multiple entry/exits to the building.

Staff very friendly. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Shower pressure was low but temperature was perfectly fine. A/C unit a little noisy but nothing you can't live with. Honestly you forget it's running after a while. For the price the Benjamin hotel is very good and I will use again. Just note it is on the 3rd floor ( up 2 levels from the street ) so took a few minutes to figure out where the entrance was. Security on the ground floor kept an eye on my motorcycle and also very friendly.

Room was not cleaned before check in. There were bugs in residence.

Great Stay, excellent value The hotel offered spacious rooms, a convenient location for walking around and shopping. The facilities were impressive, while the some staff was friendly and attractive throughout my stay. For improvement : *The floor tiles need to deep clean as there always stain on it. * Wifi isn’t working as well as the TV
